Squishy Rex's Rips & Customs
#1
Guess who forgot they had an account here...

Anyway, I've been well busy ripping sprites and re-working many of my older ripped and custom sheets. I might as well post a few here and see what happens. I've got two main projects underway at this point in time, being Cocoron and the Chip N' Dale: Rescue Ranger series, three games, all of which don't have much ripped content available anyway at all. I plan to hopefully change that soon enough. I'll get the proverbial ball rolling with my latest rip, of one of the bosses from Cocoron, "Fairy Queen Titania".

Two more sheets from Cocoron. The train being fairly difficult to rip, as it seems to be one sprite that is extremely susceptible to the "graphic flash", even when there are minimal other objects on-screen. Then there's the generic Skull Tileset from the courtyard of Trump Castle.

If I learnt anything from this experience, it's that penguins can apparently drive trains...and do burn outs in them.

They're pretty nice rips, though I have to say I prefer your Mario related custom sprites to them. Because those ones are fantastic.

Looking good! Maybe include them in larger tilesets for whole stages?

Thanks guys! I have still plenty of the Mario customs to upload, though I can't say I've made anything new recently, apart from Super Mario Maker rips. I'll most likely get around to uploading those sheets soon however. Hopefully once I get some inspiration again, I'll make some more custom stuff, but until then, I'll keep ripping things. Smile

No problem, I've nearly got the Trump Castle stage finished, so I will simply combine the Skull Tileset and Castle Tileset into the one sheet, as with the other stage tilesets I will eventually rip.

Also, here's the next boss in the line-up:
