Word Filters

Greetings, I came here to talk a little about a new, small update.

This forum was always lenient, as cuss words are concerned. So, words like 'shit', 'fuck' and 'dick' aren't censored, as we, the Staff, trust you, the members, to use them moderately. However, there were some words that were historically censored since the tSR times. With the forum update, those configs were lost, but I brought them back to ensure that you'll all have healthy conversations.

I ask you all not to abuse this system just to trigger the word filter, that's not cool! Remember - always do your best to have healthy, fun conversation.

wow...with THOSE censors, who wouldn't use one of those cuss words just to trip it?

Do those words even get used a lot here?

Most I see are the typical 'shit' , 'fuck' , and 'dick' , so far, anyways...

As I said, we trust the memberbase as posts are concerned, and this is why I posted this update - I believe that every change, big or small, should be told.

Of course, these filters aren´t everything - and if you notice someone insulting others unwarrantedly, please report them.

I never say those kinds of words. Personally I think it's wrong to say words like that. I understand that there are people out there who say them, but that doesn't mean that I will be bribed into saying them myself.
