For what it's worth, you can convert models from the Windows version of Sonic R to OBJ using
this python script.
Most models from Sonic R are already on the Models Resource, though. All that's missing are the icons for some menu options and some items.

Cool! Thanks for letting me know. Too bad that I don't have the game yet/currently.

I just discovered another game, this time an obscure game for i-mode compatible phones:
Sonic Kart 3DX.
EDIT
Two more:
Good Friend Chao! and
Sonic Golf 3D.

Hey guys, I've just ripped a minor character from Dash 2 in .43 format. The problem is that I have no idea how to convert .43 into a Blender-compatible format.

Post a link to it and we will try and see if we have any luck with it. More people working on it means a higher chance of success.

I'm still hoping, for some reason, that someone will rip the forms of Solaris from Sonic 2006...

In the future, we will see if we can do that.
At the moment I am stuck with a 3ds rom of sonic generations and am trying to find out how I can unpack it.

There are also Sonic 3D's special stages (for Saturn) which uses 3D models.

There's also:
Splash Golf Tour
Fighting Vipers
Virtua Striker 2003
Sonic-related Avatar items
And many games with unauthorized homages to the character, such as Asterix and Obelix XXL2

I rip adventure and adventure 2 including stages. I can also rip other Sonic games like Generations and everything using the hedgehog engine, but not stages. (I can do the meshes but the textures don't come out right)

How do you do that? There's a few Dreamcast-only models that I'd like to see.

You did it "honestly" or using 3D rippers like NinjaRipper?
I ripped&released SADX models a long time ago usuing Sanic's converter, but models was fragmented/untextured and I'm textured them manualy.
I'm interesting for Tikal, Chaos and Dark/Light Chao Walkers (in case of "honestly" ripping of course)
