Got to unpacking the massive "Game.PAK" file that comes with the PC version and managed to get Giana's textures and model file. Hopefully should come to use for somebody. It should look like this when assembled.
Special Thanks to Nibroc for rendering her for me, I don't really know hot to use Blender aside from importing the .OBJ file.

Can you tell me how to extract things from this game properly? I tried before but couldn't really get much of anything out of it. I wanted to get the enemies and bosses.

There's a specific QuickBMS script you can use to extract the games files. I already ripped the games sound effects and Giana's model shown here. If you need the script I can send it to you, It's a specific type apparently.

Well I have a quickbms script for it, but I don't know how to rip models from the resulting files. Perhaps yours is different...

You need to extract the "Game.PAK" file with this:

I'm not sure if mine was a modified version of the script but it worked for me.

All right, working on the extraction now. After I extract it, how do I convert the models to obj?

The model itself ((at least Giana's)) is an OBJ file. The others may be different formats though.
