Have a River City Ransom Styled Mondo Owada from Dangan Ronpa because bosozoku fits in.

That's not really a River City Ransom styled whoever; that's an edit of the main character that adds what looks like a cap. I'm sorry for being so blunt about it but fitting the style doesn't mean that the character has to be a small edit of an existing sprite. I don't know what character this is supposed to be but chances are it resembles the River City Ransom main character way more than it resembles the original character.
