My House Drawings
#1
Here are some pictures of houses that I have drawn. I will share more house drawings when I finish some new ones.

These aren't too bad, but they are a bit lopsided. I'm not sure if you're familiar with this concept, but have you ever tried drawing your houses with the principles of perspective in mind?

Also, do you use a straight edge (i.e. a ruler) when you draw?

it's ok to suck, sucking is not bad, just try and aim to always do your best!

you have willpower thats for sure, but when dealing with drawing houses, use a ruler.

"but rulers are for losers, I am an artist! I can draw straight lines"

rulers are to artists what hammers are to carpenters. They exist to aid us with straight lines. Using them is not sign of weakness and/or lack of artistic skills. (not implying you said any of that - but there are many people around here that think so)

In other words, even if you stick with this "Earthbound" Orthographic perspective, if you should at least use a ruler to maximize its visuals.
