N64 Ripping Issues
#1
Hello,I'm trying to rip T.T.'s model from Diddy Kong Racing to 3D Print it for a Custom Amiibo, but I'm having issues,I have searched and searched for hours for a solution but have not found a solution.

I use Project 64 and Lemmy's Ripping Video Pluggin,I did everything correctly, and yes I have the VRML folder in C:,right when I select "Export VRML" in Video Pluggin Setting, the emulator stops and I get a "CN64System:RunRSP Unkown Memory Action Emulation Stop" error,I have to close the emulator in order to get it working again,I've tried using different versions of the game, trying different games etc, trying using different versions of the emulator etc. with no luck.

I tried 1964 too and have similar issues, when I select the "Export VRML" option there, the emulator video freezes (And sometimes the screen goes black),but the sound works and I'm still able to control the game, and no files appear in the VRML folder.

Does anyone know why this happens? Is it the emulators I'm having problems with?Or is it my computer?I am on Windows 10,thanks in advance.

Are you going to submit this to the Models Resource?

I tried this, and the C:\VRML folder is simply empty. Nothing in it whatsoever. Doesn't work at all.

The plugin is made for 1964, not PJ64.

That is that. Try 1964 Ultrafast or something. That's what I use to get N64 rips.

I'm pretty sure I had the same issue a while back on a different computer. They're both Windows 7 64-bit. Does that matter?

I don't think so, I have Windows 7 64-Bit and I can rip from Conkers Bad Fur Day..... too bad the rip is strange, the fur is white

I have a fixed conker rip on my computer, used it as a reference for the model.

The fur is white because it's usually vertex shaded to give it colour.

Just to be clear, I need the folder C:\VRML, right? Does it rip to this folder as soon as you check the option to rip? Or is there more?

Also, do you think submitting vertex shaded models would result in rejection?

Yeah but I thought this ripper would also rip vertex color Tongue
