Ripping animations?

I'm looking to rip animations from some games (primarily a few PC games and 1 GameCube game). I heard a program named GameAssassin can do this, but the OBJ files it gives are not importable to Blender. I'd love to do this.

Have you tried converting the .OBJ in a program like Noesis?

I have, and it doesn't write the files. It doesn't preview the OBj either in Noesis.

First things first, I might know whats up with that OBJ.
OBJ's when turned into text are just a list of verticies and other junk. These OBJ's are just messes of data. Probably even encrypted.
