Devil Survivor 2 extracting Target.bin

Figured i might as well try an rip the second game as well since i did the first a few days ago.
But apparently the tool i was using for the first game doesn't work with the sequel for some reason.
An since i didn't make the tool (an i forget where I got it from) 
I was wondering if anyone could take a look at it.

along with the bin file there are also target.idx and target.ndx
Not sure if they hold any resources but they have the same name as the bin file so i put it in as well.

So i found a tool that extracts DS atlus games.

I'm not sure if it would be at all compatible with a 3ds game but when i tired using it, it said the file was to big. 
The source code is included so if someone could point me to where i would have to edit it to extract a bigger file that would help quite a bit.
