Only Problem I have with this though is with Mac's Shirt, there is too large of a color difference. Other than that, you did well.

The sprites are quite good as the shading is really effective, but the animation is terribley slow.

Lil' Mac's head and torso are extremely static. His feet are just simply slowly sidling along instead of moving like a boxer would.

Why stick with NES movements when you've revamped the sprites? You can revamp the movements too. You can make Lil' Mac move like a real boxer and yet still keep the charm of NES Punch-Out!! intact.
