The edited parts don't ft the style of the original sprite.
Anyways, what was your base? It looks like a small 3D-render thing.

yea but i still think its an good one for people who makes a Legend of zelda game

I don't think so.
I mean, okay, there may be people who may use it - but that would be the kind of people that don't care for how it looks anyway and that use sprites of all different styles in their game. Having different styles in the same sprite is... even worse then using differently styled sprites in the same game.

okay i get your point but it's not bad at all

The base is from Minish Cap and has obvious edits with Link's hat and the "skirt-part" added.

So this is more like a splice, which shows no skill what so ever.

okay i already know its ^%#$^$# BAD
11-11-2008, 01:42 PM
then why post it
11-11-2008, 01:44 PM
i already said it there are people who like it!

problem is, noone likes it that much (no offense intended). We all think you should work on it more. People may have said it was good but they probably didn't know how spriting works. Pasting/editing pieces on an already existing sprite isn't a good move (principally if they don't fit).

Try doing it yourself. From scratch. Before making sprites that fit a "style".
