swap the Red and Blue channels : photoshop
import the rip files: 3ds max 2011
import the uv in the Tposed model:milkshape 3d

at the moment i test with 30 different games and 3 isn't in T-pose

Thank you for the tutorial, even if i have a decent exp with ninja ripper, i never tried to ripp from psp emulator with it, since the older versions of this emulator didn't work well with it. I will try soon.

some games dont rip in t-pose, in the case of code lyoko it rip in the current pose.
i will post a list with the games that i test, if anyone want contribute to it are welcome
