Dreamcast SFX

I was looking at the Sound section on the website for Dreamcast sound effects
and the only ones there were House of the dead 2 and Vitua Fighter tb

I wanted to know whats the best method for ripping SFX from dreamcast games ? , I wanted to rip sound effects from Blue Stinger and Illbleed and D2 , But I can't find a decent place with a tutorial , I see many forums with people asking but not getting any actual answers.

I want to rip the sound files like Foot steps , menu sounds , voices and stuff like that from them.

I found this page but I have no clue what does what and someone said one download had a virus.
It has a list of all things audio related for Dreamcast.

Who is the person who Ripped and added the dreamcast sounds for House of the dead and Vitua fighter 3TB on this website ?
Surely he/she must know ?

Maybe the sounds are in a .mlt file. Extract the file using this file. Then play it with foobar2000 an these components: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1...share_link
