- The feet are a bit jaggy on the bottom and left side, might want to round those off.
- You're gonna need to smooth out the shading on the helment and add more shades, BIS style is very pop out with it's colors
- When you start working on this it's best to work on each part separately and then connect them to the body, like LEGOs, especially for more human characters like Chargin chuck.
- Also round out the helmet more too.
Those are the problems I can see through i'm not much of a M&L:BIS style expert, but it's a good start for a beginner

The lines on his belly should have more of a curve to them, and it looks like his...Shell? Yeah, his shell needs to be rounded off a bit too toward the bottom. It looks too sharp there. Might I suggest checking out sprites of Bowser and Koopas from the game for reference?
