Not sure if this is solved somewhere else or not but I have an issue where the pokemon's pupils are outside of its eyelids when opened inside Blender. Anybody know how to fix this? (Note: This is in cycles renderer.)

Just make the Material__13 transparent. (and be sure to use the pm0001_00_Eye1_Merged.png texture
