Ninja Ripper + Blender = HEEEELP

Ok so I'm fairly new. I've ripped from multiple games for personal use. (Phantasy Star Portable 2, Megaman Battle Network DS, and a few others) Now I've come across a new issue... I'm ripping models from Bleach: Shattered Blade for Wii and I'm using Ninja Ripper. Everything goes good untill I import the 200+ .OBJs into blender... first... it's ONE MODEL DX why is it broken into sooo many pieces?? Second, it's partially in T pose and partially in game pose... 0_o it's the weirdest thing. Can anyone give me any information on why this is happening and how to fix it?? Thanks in advance!
