Is it possible to rip sprites with tablet/ipad?

Hiyo.  Recently I’ve been working on a link to the past fan game and wanted to rip some sprites (enemy dying animation.) .  The problem is, I don’t want to do it on my pc because I’m afraid of downloading a link to the past rom that might contain a virus. (Even though I have zsnes) I was wondering if ripping sprites on an emulator on the tablet  was possible. I have snes9x and a link to the past rom on it.  I’m curious because its apparently possible to rip sprites on snes9x. Also, I tried usb-cable-transfering the Zelda rom to my pc. It worked, I was able to open it with zsnes, but it froze a second into loading. Also, it said in the bottom right “BAD ROM”.    Also, even if I could’ve screenshotted the sprites on my Asus tablet, the scaling in snes9x makes it blurry. So I’m out of ideas and I don’t want to risk any chance of my pc getting infected. Help. Any ideas or knowledge to be sharred?

This isn't anything to worry about. Games that have an English patch or hack patch applied will always give this 'error'. All that it's saying is the game is larger than it's supposed to be, which is what happens when a patch is applied.

Oh. Okay. I'll get another rom from another website.
Weird though, the zelda rom works 100 percent fine on my tablet but after transferring it it didn't work.
Or did I not transfer all the files or what?
Oh well I'll try downloading it from emuparadise.
Are you sure it's a hundred percent safe ?
I've tried getting a rom from emuparadise but it said
"Whoa! Are you sure you want to go there? Blah blah blah detected potential Spyware ."

Also, my zelda rom is  "A link to the past(u)"


is it possible to rip sprites when playing whatever rom online?

I got several ROMs from emuparadise including A Link to the Past, everythwing works fine.

The website you found has probably an embedded emulator who plays the ROM.
