Hello,
So I came across a few threads at kh-vid where they were trying to import the 1.5 textures (and more?) into the PS2 Final Mix version of the game. They managed to rip and change a lot of things without ever really mentioning how they managed it. Now I did put two and two together for some of the things they did and successfully managed to open up several mdls files (and make color adjusts etc) with mdlsTextureExtract/Edit however there are many file types I cannot open, such as:
So....basically .wpn (weapons for those who don't know) and .mdls (models for those who don't know) are the only files I can get to open or edit in any fashion. I have tried ten different ISO softwares to open the img, iso and bin files but every single software claims it can't find the file or isn't really an .img/.iso/.bin. I have read in my days searching that some files will be "empty" or rather useless, but beyond that I am stumped. I have nearly burnt my eyes out of my skull googling this.
If anyone one could point me in the right direction to start this off, I would appreciate it,
Thank you for reading!
