Have the capability to rip 3DS models?
I need the models for business purposes and can pay a significant amount per model.

I'll have recurring requests for other models, so if you are short on cash, or have a fivver seller's account, or can do other console rips, even better.

I'm pretty sure there was a model ripper for the 3DS Zelda games...

Dump your copy of Majora's Mask 3D, extract the files, then use this viewer on the archives/files to dump the models to Collada. It's limited and probably buggy, it does not parse or dump skeletons or animation (i.e. no rigging), etc., etc., but it's the only tool for the job there is, as far as I know. And no, while I am the main author of that tool, I have no intention of continuing work on it.
