Weird power outage

Heard a buzzing sound in my bathroom. When I went to check it out, every light in my apartment blew out with a loud bang. Computer is still on, and when I changed the router to a different outlet, I could get Internet. No lights work and I can hear flowing water somewhere. As if my floor should be wet, but it isn't. Seems like every bedroom outlet and one in the living room is dead, but others work.

Anyone have an idea of what the hell just happened?

Sounds like you just had one hell of a power surge. If you have a circuit box in your apartment, I would kill the power before calling your landlord or maintenance staff and explaining what happened.
