I just tried to assemble some of them and would say it is a 4x4 pixels grid. You will notice that if you want to assemble the first pair of feet.
Tried something. It's not complete, but it should give you an idea how you can approach this:

The MemViewer in vSNES can adjust the width of the displayed tiles/sprites and certain widths show the contents more assembled then others. Have you tried that or is NAPIT unable to do so?

Non-interfering background, not too much overlay from the other wrestler and the ropes... pretty sure Animget is your way to deal with this. Cut the frames out, put them on a sheet and if there are problems with other overlaying objects/wrestlers, you can always use stuff from the tile viewer.
