I looked at the files and couldn't make heads or tails of it. It's likely to be encrypted.
However, there are a few interesting files; I think one was called "Unity Default Shaders" and after a quick Google search I found out that these are mandatory files included with every deployment.
IF this file is consistent in its contents across games, one could cross-reference the encrypted file and the unencrypted file and get a sense of direction on the encryption scheme used. If it's something as simple as rot13 then yeah sure you could crack it, but I have a strong feeling it's something more advanced.
This is a cryptographical issue, really.

In other words, it may be impossible to rip from Super Mario Run?

But, COME ON! Even a brother who has assburgers like me knows how to listen to the admins and follow the rules on their site. Not act like I'm 3 years old and I need an adult to tell me what to do?
You should know how to code and mod games on PC alone. Not pull the old "I'm too lazy to get up, I need other people to do my work for free". Slack!
And no? DA points don't count as most commission workers need money to pay for those ripping models and sprites.
There's a reason why you were banned from Mario Fan Games Galaxy? Don't do it again!
I may have a lower reputation that you, but there's no need for you to be so harsh about it!

whoa whoa whoa whoa. listen - Ian's got a pretty lousy reputation on here due to his insistence on ripping things, yeah - but nobody deserves to be straight-up dragged through the dirt like this, even if they've got a mental illness similar to yours. i hate saying this, but you can't even use your own mental illness as an excuse here; you're just straight up being abusive. There's a little area of our site rules that covers flaming, and you can read up on it here if you'd like. This isn't the first time you've done it, so I'm going to have to issue a 20-point forum warning here.
Ian: While the message is rather abrasive, he did mention something important here: when you're requesting this much stuff on the regular, you can't be a slavedriver. You'll notice users like Carpaccio and Neros Urameshi are names that frequently pop up in the Requests forum too, but they're submitting content regularly and looking for help on ripping specific things from games they're having trouble getting. You, on the other hand are just like "Hey yeah, can you just rip this game? Thanks!" We have an entire section of the forum rules dedicated to the rules regarding requesting - please follow them too, or else we might have to take disciplinary action on our end as well. On the other hand, you could try once again learning to rip some of these ingame assets for your little DeviantArt projects - and once you've got the ball rolling on that, I'm sure we'd be happy to give you a hand trying to help you grab trickier assets as well as time goes on.
If I could liken it to something else entirely, it's like Bittorrent private trackers. In order to maintain a good standing relationship in those communities you need to seed, or share your completed files with other people by uploading data. If you're just downloading all the time (leeching), you're going to wreck your ratio. If you have an awful ratio, you'll usually be criticized by other users and in some cases banned from the private tracker.
I mean, we won't ban you here - but basically if you want us to help you "download" new spritesheets of things you like, you need to "upload" spritesheets from time to time as well. It's a bit of an unwritten rule, but the idea stands - if all you do is request, you're gonna only draw the ire of your fellow users.

I know.
And I was uploading. I was uploading those Looney Cards from Looney Tunes Dash.
I know they're not useful for many things, aside from avatars and wallpapers, but still: I am still uploading.
Not very often, but still I am uploading.
Like you said.

On topic: Super Mario Run is coming to Android March 23rd.
I'm not in too deep on the subject, but if the App runs in Bluestacks, there might be a chance to extract something out. I don't know (I doubt it) if Bluestacks has a debugger or a VRAM viewer, but surely it's a step in the right direction to get the game running in a computer environment instead of smartphone only.
Fingers crossed.

Edit Reason: The Game is now released for Android!
)
It has been one week since the Super Mario Run Game has been released for Android.
Has anyone had any luck getting any of the Kingdom Builder stuff yet?

I don't know if double posting is wrong or if bumping this topic is wrong, but... has anyone had any luck of finding any Kingdom Builder Graphics from the Android version of Super Mario Run?

They're kinda both wrong??
Check Rule 6.3 - I know waiting for these things are one heck of a wait, but you need to just sit tight.
This is a popular game, the demand is high; but you also need to keep in mind some things if we were to start ripping from it: just from playing it myself, I notice there's a lot of visual trickery that goes into making this game work. The likeliest thing you'd get would be the flat icons which are all sized the exact same and are low-res, so you wouldn't be able to use the Kingdom Builder assets as you'd like anyway (as they're all automatically resized)
If you DID want to, all the Kingdom Builder assets as well as the characters are MODELS - with rigs and textures and what have you. Even if you were to play virtual cartoon dolls with something like this, in order to do so you'd need to install Milkshape or some other modeling software to properly render the asset AND EVEN STILL you'd have to line it up fairly perfectly.
So like even if the models were ripped what...exactly would you do with 'em at this point.
ALSO - you're not really doing anything wrong per se - except maybe being incredibly persistent, so the least I can do is give you a strike two verbal warning here. If you bump the thread a third time and ask "why isnt my request done!!!!!!!!!! sprite peasants!!!!!!!!!!! get back to work" then we're maybe looking at a warning there

Kosheh covered the rest well but I just want to drive home one point here. Ian, you have a history of impatience when it comes to requests. Nobody is required to fulfill them under any circumstances. Even once someone has replied, continually asking for updates is not necessary or allowed. Someone could start and decide half way through that it's not worth the effort and that's totally okay. The only way to guarantee that you'll get the content you want is to learn how to do it and rip it yourself. Keep that in mind before making further requests. You were polite in this thread so I'm not saying you're being overly rude or anything. I'm just trying to make sure it's clear that requests come with no obligation and that you should simply wait for updates should someone decide to undertake them.

I understand.
Can somebody put a lock on this thread?
I'm done.
No. That's not how this works and the fact that you seem to take everything as a personal attack is why you have such a tough time here. You made your request. Maybe someone will eventually figure it out and maybe they won't. That's really all there is to it - just ignore the thread for now or better yet, start looking into how to do it yourself and fulfill your own request.
