I've ripped all the room and furniture models from Luigi's Mansion (save for a dozen or so files that errored out) and now they just need to be cleaned up and formatted. I'll be working on this project for the next few months or so, and using this thread to keep track of what's done.

I'll mostly be going in order of the files listed below. However! If you're looking for any particular models sooner rather than later, feel free to request in the comments. I'll get to them on a FIFO basis, as long as files I have are in working order.

I've been working on ripping all the remaining models from Luigi's Mansion for the last month or so. I'm ready to start submitting many of these models, but first I wanted to get some recommendations on project organization.

At this time, I've been focusing on ripping all the furniture models. Normally, I would just put all the furniture pieces into a single section, but I've found more than 300 (!) distinct furniture models.
Any recommendation on organization for these models? The easiest categorization method would be grouping the models by room (e.g. Study, Foyer, Kitchen) since that's how the game's files are organized. However this would lead to duplicate uploads, since some furniture models are used in multiple rooms.
Alternately, the furniture models could be organized by type of furniture, such as chairs, tables, and lamps.

Hmm, you could also just submit them and we can figure out sections based on what the submissions are. Have a million chairs? We can make a "Chairs" section. I'd suggest just uploading and we'll adapt as needed. Thanks for the heads-up!

It's great to finally see the Ghost Portfication thing being ripped! It's such a unique item that is used in Luigi's Mansion!

I know its a bit of a bump but its a bit of a warning when it come to ripping models from LM.

I can only assume you are using Demolisher for model ripping the rooms and such since its really the only tool for ripping them thats out ATM, and something to keep in mind is that any model that uses bump maps (and normal maps I think, but idr 100%) won't work in v0.2 of Demoliser (the only version that can export the models) so things like the basement stairs. There might be fixes to this soonish, but probably not for demolisher and I can't promise 100% that there will be a fix. If there is I'll let you know.

Regardless nice work, cool to see people finally using the tools for this game Tongue

How did you rip this peebocheeks please provide a download link. Oh just an idea wouldn't it be cool if there was a Luigi's Mansion: Source. Just please tell me what software you used to rip the stuff.

For Room number 29 and 30 you labeled them as unknown, I went and converted mine into Bin files and put them into arookas demolisher. Number 29 is the first area hallway (The hallway that connects Nevilles, Lydias, Chaunceys, and the twins rooms), and number 30 is just the area on top of the stairs in the Foyer(They connect to eachother as one room, but in the game files they are considered seperate)
