The tool you want is the LZH8 Decompress tool, which I also reuploaded with a nifty batch script here. Your browser may warn that it's an uncommonly downloaded file, but it's the regular tool that I've had since 2008. To use that batch script, put your .cx file(s) in the same folder as the tool, and run the .bat file.
From there, you should get a bunch of ARC files. For those, you will need the U8Tool. I don't remember what tools are and are not allowed to be linked, so use your Google-Fu for that one. If you have trouble finding it, send me a PM (or if that tool is fine to post, I can put a link here in the future).
i put the .cx file in the same folder as the tool (green box one), run the .bat, it generates this two (the red two on the red boxes)
am i doin it right? whats next?, by the way thanks for the help
The file you want is the third one down, the Dec_pii one.
I sent further info via PM, if that doesn't work out for it send me the file and I'll take a look at it sometime tomorrow afternoon.

Thank you VERY much!
I used this with the Pokémon rumble world models(that had the .cx problem too) and they turn to bch files that can be opened easily with ohana3ds.
So, one more time, Thank you!
