A dogger in the UK is someone who goes dogging... very different thing...

And a motorised dogger is... Well.... Someone taking a VERY interesting approach to dogging....

EDIT: Well, i made poutine based on me guessing how to make poutine, i had some chips, i had some gravy, so i melted some cheese up in that bitch, and it was alright, yknow?
