Starting to work on village NPC's now. I'm also working on tiles for the village in hopes of getting at least one playable level done for the first demo.

with what are you going to make the game? Game maker?

I'll probably end up using gamemaker just because it's so easy to develop quickly on it. Whenever I start picking up momentum with the project I might move on to a muliplatform language like python or c++ for development on other mediums such as the iphone.

MAYBE release it on the iphone. I've always wanted to try out the iphone sdk and it seems like the best hardware to release it on.

I like it but the back feet don't move at all. The yjust slide forward a bit.

why u don't see the other 2 legs is because theire behind the 3 legs on front, he would have to make the mammothlegs VERY thin to make them all seem noticable

Very nice animation, altho the hair could go somewhat smoother (hair above the legs)
