Same as title. Although I haven't played it, the menis and the UI design in general of Persona 5 is definitely something you have never seen before in the whole of gaming history. Aside from that, the menu for Final Fantasy X-2 is also memorable.
without repeating your choices, I really love the the smash bros brawl one, mainly for the epic music.

Edit Reason: Replaced it with the one I wanted.

But yeah, this menu is pretty classic for me. Just the ambiance from the Valve logo coming before this really sets up the mood. While this menu hasn't aged as well as others (it's pretty much locked at 640x480, and feels sorta clunky to use nowadays, which is why the Steam version of the game replaced it with a modernized menu), but it still gives me chills looking at it.
I like to make models in my free time. I also make weird games, too.

the bemani imho always have awesome menus (because 90% of the sprites are hud)
if i have to pick a favorite one is the iidx 16 one. Maybe a little on the girly side for the j-core ost, the pink background and the butterfly, but i love it soooo much

Yeah, strangely enough I agree with this. It's simple but the icons really pop, and not only is the music great, but I even love the sound effect when you choose one. The whole presentation just gets you jazzed up and ready to roll.
Even more strangely I found the menu screens and interface of Super Smash Bros. for Wii U to be lacking and counter-intuitive. Weird.
