The sprites site won't let me add a new game for a new console. The first time I tried it, it just took me back to the homepage after the game name/icon page. I'm not sure if I need to wait for some kind of approval but nothing has come up in my pending page. When I've tried again - a few times a number of days after the first attempt - it just returns a screen that says "Error Submitting Game".

What game were you trying to submit? I just tried adding a new game to a test console myself and while it did in fact kick me back to the home page (something I need to fix), the game was submitted successfully. Yours is probably already there and the error you're getting is because I am apparently not handling a duplicate game for a new console as well as I should be.

Edit: I see why it went back to the home page and just fixed that. As for your missing game, the add sheet page should be here: https://www.spriters-resource.com/other_...+Handhelds

Also leaving a note here to please check the other Resources before making a game section. In this case, there was already one on The Models Resource that was perfectly usable, and we'd like to keep our icons consistent between sites.

Do you have an example? I've been working on some code changes which have caused a couple of internal server errors throughout the morning but they should have been short lived.

To Petie, I currently get this error when attempting the same thing:

"www.vg-resource.com is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500"

What is "the same thing" though? I need examples to troubleshoot.

Some game thumbnails are too stretched and too small, like some Humongous Entertainment titles.

Also, "Yoshi no Kuruppon - Oven de Cookie (JPN)" should be called "Yoshi no Cookie: Kuruppon Oven de Cookie (JPN)" as said in the box art.
