I want the game icon to be changed to this one, since it keeps the original aspect of the pic, not deformed by stretching.

https://www.models-resource.com/nintendo...gonstudio/ This game is JPN only
https://www.spriters-resource.com/mobile/supermario/ This game needs to be labeled (Bootleg)
All of these Mega Man games should be labeled (Mobile) because like the Retro Engine Sonic Ports since they all are very different from the Console:

https://www.spriters-resource.com/mobile/mm3/
https://www.spriters-resource.com/mobile/mmxiphone/
The mobile version of Pac-Man should also be labeled (Mobile) for similar reasons as the Mega Man games:

The JPN and Bootleg tags have been applied but the rest have been left as is. Again, those games are already in the mobile section so tagging them as mobile is not needed.

Submitter's name should be changed to mine, just replace the "2" with a "1".

https://www.spriters-resource.com/genesi...ssics3in1/ This game's called Sonic Compilation in Europe
https://www.spriters-resource.com/master...onicchaos/ The Master System version of Sonic Chaos was only released in Europe
https://www.spriters-resource.com/master...hedgehog2/ The Master System of Sonic 2 was also only released in PAL regions.
https://www.spriters-resource.com/ninten...malforest/ Animal Forest is JPN only but I think it might have been on the iQue player, the decision to add the JPN tag is up to you. (Edit: it was released on the iQue player, hope that helps your decision)
https://www.spriters-resource.com/snes/wariowood/ The SNES version of Wario's Woods is JPN only, since it had two releases on the satellaview it had a different name for each broadcasting appearance:
Wario no Mori Bakushō Bājon/Wario's Woods: Bakushou Version and Wario no Mori: Futatabi/Wario's Woods: Again
edit: The crossed out ones are not errors please only look at the games in bold

Not all of these are errors...
Sonic Chaos was also released in Brazil.
Sonic 2 on the Master System wasn't just PAL regions (e.g. Europe, Australia, Brazil even though the latter is a different version of PAL technically and its own thing), it was also released in South Korea that is like the US and Japan NTSC. It was just the US and Japan that didn't get the game since the Master System was dead in those countries.
Wario's Woods did come out in the US and Europe.

Can someone with more knowledge than I had at the time go back and check the other reports from Retro that I fixed and make sure I didn't do anything I shouldn't have? Thanks!

Thanks! I'm really sorry for this whole thing, the most trusted sonic source I know being Sonic Retro claimed that the master system Sonics where PAL only, I should have checked more than one source. For the Wario's Woods thing, I don't know what happened. I'll stop posting here if you want. I have been doing this to help, so I don't want to be a nuisance.
It's not a nuisance at all. I just didn't double-check things myself and really should have so I just wanted to make sure I didn't overlook anything earlier.

It's okay, you don't have to be sorry since you didn't know. You're doing a good thing helping out and most of what were spotted were mistakes that got fixed. The only other mistake that I've spotted is regarding the arcade Donkey Kong Jr. In America its Donkey Kong Junior while in Japan its Donkey Kong Jr. You were on the right lines since you corrected the NES version but didn't know about the title change between Japan and the US for the arcade so you changed it to the US one but forgot to keep the Japanese name too. It's something that MAME documents but not the Nintendo sites, not a known thing but a bit more obscure.
Sometimes researching is hard work since a game could be obscure or rare, it might have multiple names (e.g. on the 360 there's a racing game that is called Crash Time II in Europe, Alarm for Cobra 11: Burning Wheels in Germany and Autobahn Polizei in the US), it could be spelt in different ways (usually romanization of Japanese/Chinese/Korean games), it might be a common game but forgot a detail or a hard to find version and there are mistakes online too. Some games are just that hard to find any info at all, that also applies to what you are ripping too regarding names, where they come from, even the genre of the game. In some cases, its not even documented at all and have to do it yourself.
Even though Sonic Retro is a reliable site when it comes to the Sonic stuff and do know what they are talking about, even they can make mistakes or in this case weren't updated since the Korean Sonic 2 is an obscure release like anything in Korean gaming that isn't on the PC. Until a few years ago, no one knew that it existed.

For the record, this was very much the point I was trying to make but I was on a work call at the time and didn't really articulate it well at all. Retro, I wasn't trying to call you out for making mistakes - I appreciate the fact that there are people who are willing to spend time checking things over for us as we're all human and mistakes definitely slip through the cracks. Your efforts are appreciated regardless!
