so i can't log on and when i try it says im logged out so admins of this website can you please help?

This is almost always either a cookie or add-on problem. You can try clearing your cookies and cache but it's more likely related to browser settings. Do you have an ad-blocked enabled or some other add-on that can disable site features like JavaScript?

yes i use adblock but i just enabled javascript for the website

Adblock kills the login process so that's most likely what's going on.
