When I ripped a model with ninja ripper and I got this problem how can I fix it to make it look smoother?

Broken image, please fix. But if you are meaning the model looks "polygonal" then you just need to apply smoothing. I don't know what modeling tool you use, but in Blender you just need to click "Smooth" under "Shading" in the "Tools" tab.
