Oreimo PS3 .dds.phyre sprites
#1
So I tried to rip sprites from the oreimo game  on PS3 and the textures were in .dds.phyre.
I had found a converter that converted these sprites into BMP but the transparency was messed up and had a black and / or  white background.

I was wondering if there was a more efficient way of converting these into a readable format with transparency.

I've uploaded some samples.

As I said on Discord:

Quote:ok so
if i update gfxtract with 2 sorely needed features then i can make a script for this
i'll just kinda smack them into it tomorrow, i need to refactor the whole shebang later anyway

Oh hey I actually got around to this

Apparently GFXtract already had the ability to rip these, even before this was posted. No idea what I was on about. That's good though, because it's in the middle of a massive overhaul anyway, so adding a new feature right now would've been gross.

The script seems to work well with the files you gave me but it isn't done yet. I just hardcoded some values to make it work for these specific images. If you could send me a wider range (ideally of different sizes) I can try figure it out and make a more general script.
