What I am looking for someone who specializes in NES/8-bit Sprites.
in case anybody is curious this character's name is Marina, she is from the 1991 series Adventures of The Little Mermaid by Saban entertainment.
I need the following.
- idle animation
- swimming animation
- attack with bow and arrow
tell me how much would a Sprite sheet cost?

How many frames per animation? Simple 3-6 or something like 8-16?
What does "swimming" mean in this context? Swim forwards, or in all eight (or more) directions?
Attack "attack with bow and arrow" mean in this context? Pull the bowstring back and shoot forwards or separate animations for aiming in several directions?
You mention "NES/8-bit Sprites" - does it strictly need to conform to NES restrictions (3 colors per tile, only colors from the NES palette, 8x8 tiles?) or just look "8-bit-ish"?
Once there was a way to get back homeward
