hello, how does game graphics fits in to system requirement?
Like, how do you measure the game running speed, relative to its data size and
refresh rate?
Is this something commonly asked? It seems like a lot of people recommended you to add moreĀ
hardware without knowing why.
I am a developer so it is more wise to figure out how fast can the game run the graphic
relative to the hardware and data size?

Okay.
Can you google whatever it is you're asking before posting something like this? In fact, have you ever considered the specifics of what you are asking yourself?
This thread is literally just like the last one. This is a vague question with so many variables that lead back to the same answer, that depends. Do your research on whatever console you want to develop for. Alternatively, If you're asking how to make a system and put graphics in it, that's another story.

your answer is so lazy you dont even give a name on what to research.
what is this same answer anyway?
research on the console?
graphic card?

Okay, so how do you expect me to give a specific name when you're not giving any specifics to the question you are asking?
Sencondly, Why would you feel that you are entitled to a different answer when you're not even being polite yourself? Personally, I don't feel that obligated to answer you if you're going to be this bashful.
What you are asking is vague. Measuring game speed in of it self depends on the platforms you want to develop for and knowing their limitations. Are you developing for PC, in which case would constantly be updated every couple of months because of how many graphics cards get released? (edit: thus making the possibilities limitless for you and you could probably measure this in the code by any variable you desire) Or are you developing for mobile, which has specifics depending on the phone you are developing for?
Please, ask yourself these questions and think very hard about them. Then we might be able to have a discussion.
