Wait a minute. This is a .gif, so the image quality has been screwed up. It's probably salvageable, but if you don't have access to photoshop, or a similar high-level graphics program that won't mess with the quality, then I suggest only saving as .png.

Oof. oof. oof. Sorry about that but anything Sailor Moonish is really iffy. Personal opinion asides the sheet is okay but it missing some poses as all I can see is Usagi (according to the Sprite Database sheet of the same character).

If the sheet is less than 256 colours, then the GIF is okay providing that is it not dithered and I don't think that it is.

I'm also skeptical on if you actually ripped it. It seems like the reason you even saved it as a .gif is because when you downloaded someone else's sheet and editted your tag on to it, you saved it as the same format that it was when you downloaded it. A gif.

The only sheet I've seen of this is on Sprite Database and that one is more complete than this.
