Hey I Need Sprite Ripping help on A Game

I'm trying to Rip Sprites to Barkley,Shut up and Jam:Gaiden
The Only Folders That Came with the Game were 3 Folders Containing
Backgrounds,Music,Voice Clips
The game was Made in Game Maker but the Files Were Mostly .dll,.gif,.wav or .sav 
If you have any Ripping Softwares that Could Help me Get more Sprites
