I'm just asking, since the only game I want to rip from someday is Pac-Man World Rally just only Mappy and his vehicle. Digimon World Re: Digitize as well.

jpcsp, a Java PSP emulator, can export the current scene as an OBJ and you can pull models from PSP games as a whole that way. They'll all be posed as seen in the game though, no T-Posing.

Then how come some of the models of Digimon Adventure PSP were ripped by Hallow and they're rigged?

I've ripped models from ppsspp with ninja ripper(1.7.1) in the dx9 wrapper. They can be T-posed depending on the game but in my case they never are. So I'd take multiple shots of the models that might closest form a t-pose more easily when manually rigging it. I would also slow things down with cheat engine(I think ppsspp has a speed up/slow down feature anyway so that part slipped passed me) Depending on the model, copy and pasting one side to the other can work. There are other obstacles but that's for a different conversation... My primary program is Blender 2.72.

Yeah, I was thinking of that as well, if it can't be rigged then I'll have to manually do it.
