The fbx files you can open with autodesk's apps, but the tga and dds files you can open with gimp.

I tried open FBX in Blender, MAYA & 3D Object Converter. It doesn't allow me open the FBX files in any of the Software's.
I tried open PTE in 3D Object Converter (As the 7.0 version supports PTE format). It doesn't allow me to open the PTE files.
I tried open TGA in TGA viewer, Photoshop, Image Viewer, Gimp etc. It doesn't allow me to open the TGA files.
& There are only few DDS files which seem to be TGA converted files. Those I can open but those are only small amount.
I simply cant open 99% of the SSO files and get just error. So I'm asking are they encrypted or do you know how to fix this?

hi, i will bump this to keep it alive. i just saw some of the new replies and i will be looking into that video and the process soon and will try to report on how it goes because i am curious. i will also be trying this on the previously mentioned game Barbie Horse Adventures: Riding Camp- since it seems to be an old version of the engine for SSO and i suspect it may be easier to open those. but i will have to find out and i will try to report if i find anything important.

Hi! Thank you for trying help out. We found out a way to export the SSO files which is the 12 csa. files in PackFiles Folder. The extraction was successful and extracted around 60k files, we have the PTE, TGA, DDS, FBX, BANK, SCENE Files. However, it looks like they have been Encrypted as we cant open the individual files (PTE, TGA, DDS, FBX, BANK, SCENE) which is the current issue.
TGA & DDS are the Textures which should be openable in all Raster Graphics softwares (Photoshop, gimp etc. ) and PTE & FBX are 3D Meshes + Animations which should be openable in 3D programs (Maya, blender, 3ds max etc.)

Im not an expert in File Encryption and have no clue how to Decrypt them as Im only a 3D artist. However if you or anyone is smart enough or knows how to then that would be very appreciated!

Im kinda late to this but have you tried to upload the FBX files into unity? I believe from working with unity and blender that they both except many file types but sometimes you have to find a workaround for em. (I mostly convert mmd files to fbx which i  then put into unity.)

I havent even managed to correctly open the .csa files. I found a site that converts it into readable text but other than that im lost.

I'm going to repeat my self once again. They Encrypted
It doesn't matter what Software you use, you wont be able to open them because they are Encrypted (Protected/Locked). To Open/Decrypt them, I believe so you have to either programmatically or Binary.
So no, Unity wont open them. Nothing will until they wont be decrypted~

hey, i don't know how helpful, if at all, it is, but the .tga files that end with '00000001' are all compressed using either DXT5 or DXT1. the ones that don't end with that have barely any data in them, and they're usually less than 100 bytes. that's all i've got though :/

I think these '00000001' ones are .dds files, but without a header. If you look at other .dds files in hex editor, you can see that they have DSS before DXT5 or DXT1, but the .dds ones that dont work dont have DDS before DXT5 or DXT1. It prob means that we need to build a program that will add a header or we need to find other quickbms a like program that will dont delete the header (if it does delete it). Also the .dds files that dont work have .tga end but theyre .dds files if im not wrong. Sorry if i made any mistakes, but english is not my main language.

Quickbms doesn't delete any headers. As I said already 3x in previous posts, the files are encrypted.
