Jump Force facial morphs?

I was wondering if anyone had any clues on how to get the facial morphs for these models? They don't have face bones so I can only assume they use vertex morphs which is....really annoying and i have no clue where to even start with them

id be lying if i said i understood half of what they said but it sounds like someone is working on it which is good news at least
