Sorry gorsal now that you say it here is the finished version of the spriter guy.

I know it's missing the pants,shirt,hat and shoes but it's because I really don't know what to color those things.

The colors are bad as hell I really need help on the colors that's why I made a base with random coors.

The shading is barely visible, work more on the lineart, and choose more interesting colours (they look like MSPaint defaults, which don't suit what I think you're looking for, I suggest you tweak them)

Here is the new version of the line art I fixed a lot of things and I thickened the lines.

No, not necessarily. Like if you caught him running, jumping, or simply moving.
And I think a battle pose tends to quite tense. However if you meant an attack pose, yes that is dynamic indeed.
