How do I actually upload sprites?

Hi-- This is the second time poking around on here, but can show me how to actually upload sprites to spriters resource? I've got practially all the sprites for Owlboy ripped and I'm going to be trying to compile them into sheets to put here (with a few other people who're looking to help) and I don't actually know where/how to upload them. Does someone mind pointing me in the right direction?

If you click on any game, in this case Owlboy, you'll see a giant "+" that says "Add New Sheet."
