Riping models from iOS games

How do I rip models from iOS games? I can’t find any tutorials online so I would be very happy if someone can help me.

similarly to ripping APKs, I've found that just opening the IPAs as an archive in 7-Zip usually works. (Alhtough I've only tried this with older versions of the Angry Birds games, and can't confirm whether or not this works with all games)
