League of Legends Wild Rift ripping
#46
Hey guys. Global beta testing started yesterday, and I'm wondering when will we get the CAB files?

I hope that the topic is still relevant

Same here,
I tried ripping them myself but I got stuck on when they mentioned a modified version of Asset Studio that was used to rip them lol

Still is. For some reason, we can't get the updated tools for the release version

So we just have to wait for someone to take it up. It's good that there are still people who follow this topic

Hey Lyeco.
According to the screenshots you provided, you are communicating with the author of the tencent_unity script, so could you ask him to update his script?
I think this will increase the chances that someone will want to try to fix AssetStudio.

There's a tweet made by the same person saying "ninjaripper + emulation is the way to go" (source: https://twitter.com/PixelButts/status/13...44/photo/1) . I tried asking them if the models were still being ripped with ninja ripper but they didn't answer me. I doubt it has the rigging/shape keys but we will find out later

Edit: I just noticed the ninja ripper thing is a few posts above mine so lol I'm stupid. Still, if it's using Ninja Ripper, it's probably just the mesh + textures

well if that's the case, then totally not useful for a lot of people.

but as he said in the latest tweet, he's not the 1 that's rebuilding them, so not sure what he means exactly by that.

Even skinspotlights himself has told through someone's dm that it'll be out as well

Regarding the ninja rippers stuff. I am impressed that he probably modified it to get what's needed.

Thanks for all the info! I can't even imagine what they did to get everything working but that's really impressive. Hopefully we will see more news about it soon
