This was rejected because you took a game's rip (Small Mario) and added a 7-pixel key to the back of some of the frames. It wasn't enough of an edit to be accepted. Keep editing and practicing though, and you'll get something on the site in no time!

^ Yeah, that's not "Mini Mario", that's "Flat Mario". You'd need to make a new set of sprites that actually resemble their toy-like design instead of just doing a minor edit to existing sprites.
