I've been wanting to rip Game.Com sheets for a while, but was only able to with screenshots in Mess, as Tile Molester says it supports the format, but shows the sprites wrong, and unintelligible as sprites.
I went and found that viewing the sprites in 2-Dimensional mode, and 4bpp Linear (not reversed) to view them a little better, but there sideways, and is'int accurate.
BTW before you say something about the palette's use of more than 4 colors, I don't really know how to force it a 4 color palette, and don't think it will matter.
