And, I basically did, it's just that I needed some kinda template to work from... I just updated the sprite... which is all we had to do, right? Just make it look like KSSU? I thought I did an ok job!
resizing and revamping =/= scratch, but I don't really care what you do concerning that, as long as you're prepared to make additional poses from scratch.
It is my opinion that you should work with something easier if you can't figure out how to work with this kind of character. Perhaps something with less poses and less colors?
@ville:
...What is that?
EDIT: Okay, now i know what it is. Still kinda weird though. For an enemy anyway. Not too bad. I do, however, think you should use a darker white to blend the white thingy with its outline. It's just that the outline stands out too much.

Yeah, it's a really weird enemy. It replaces Cappy in the Extra game of Kirby's Dream Land.
About the white, it's not uncommon in this style, check this picture:
The first three are from the game.
Is the Captain Stitch better yet?

please tell us clear which things we have to improve and how to fix them!
The Tick is edited from Kirby Canvas course.
Thanks in advanced.

In all three of those examples, the white blends in nicely with the outline and it looks smooth. Just try and blend the outline in with the interior a little more. Right now, as I look at your sprite next to the official sprites, I can easily tell which sprites are real and which is not. Maybe i'm nitpicky, but it really stands out to me.

I always imagined Blopper to be pink, but that's me. That blue does seem awful dark, though.
@Simona: That looks pretty good. Something about the shading in the stretched-spike sprite bugs me though.

According to the official art, Blopper is blue.
Doofenshmirtz: This is a little bit awkward but have you seen my escape jet keys? (Perry nods) What, you have? Well that's great! So where are they? (Perry looks away) You won't tell me? Is this because you don't speak or are you just being a jerk?

That's his color, but I guess I can look for a slightly lighter palette. Apart from that, what do you think?

Ok, I revamped Sword Matter with DrShnaps idea:
And, yeah, you're probably right, Geo... BUT! I did get it down to 16 colors (including transparent) for each of the versions! Didn't think I could, but... Yeah.
I'll try some poses from scratch, but if anyone wants to help, you can!
Hm... until I figure out something to put here...

Ok, i tried a lighter pallet for blopper: Better?
@Batandy: Try to draw Dark Matter from scratch. He's not even round right now. Also, he is way to bright, try a darker gray. And try to make the shading more round too, it looks all blocky.

P... Please don't make it a habit to just simply resize sprites and work from there. Please.

Why.... are most of these out of style and just plain hard to look at?
I mean, it just burns to look at them. Why is it that no one is trying very hard at this?

Here's the new Blopper sheet:
I know it's just a single enemy, but I want it to look good so please comment. Is the color better? Is the white part better?

@ SmithyGCN
Well, it's harder than you think to draw beautifully when you've never even drawn this style before! Don't just be mean! We try! Everyone's gotta start somewhere! At least they have the guts to post their art!
@ Geo the Fox
And, yeah, I did resize mine, but I didn't restrict it to twice Kirby's size either... I made it the way I thought it would look good. Resizing is a good way to get the scale right as well!
@ ville10
You know, I could probably see that guy in KSSU! Not bad!
Hm... until I figure out something to put here...
