The halo needs some work but other than that I think it's a good start.
I like the wings for the most part, but the body seems off.

Something like this:
I originally had shine in his eyes but it looked bad so I took it out.
The way you did the shine looks good though, I'll add that.

some enemies don't have shine, although I can see why the lil guy could use some. xP Though there are a lot of styles of eyes in kssu.

xP I sorta like the no shine since its so small.

I agree, and: It doesn't have enough anti-aliasing.
Also, I think DrShnaps's 02 is better in its wings and its size, I just think its body should be more reverse-tear-drop shaped like SGG's.

Why not try using his wings, with mines body?
Edit- I just noticed that Drshnaps's is rather small. The original 0 is about 5.5 kirby's tall, so 02, imo should be about the same size. Maybe a little more or less, but not that much less.

Make him swing his arm around in a full circle rather than going down and then up.

Ok, it's been a day or so, and after getting defeated in Chrono Trigger, I got on here... and fixed up his animation a bit! I think it looks much better! (plus, if anyone didn't notice, I added the dark pulse to the sword! )
So, yeah, I'll try my DS again once I get motivation (which won't take too long for that game... since I had just saved. lol), but in the mean time, I'll work on this! I'm coming up with a new attack as we speak! And if you guys want any requests, now is the time to tell meh'!
Hm... until I figure out something to put here...

looks really glitchy. One think I found weird is that in all kirby's swings w/ a weapon at the full swing effect, his weapon(if not also his arm/hand) disappears as well. One big problem about it matching kirby from kssu is that Kirby holds his weapons left handed(when facing right). Also he shouldn't be facing away from the screen while swinging.
I know I've been very negative about the whole kirby rainbow sword thing, but I really don't mean to sound mean. I know these type of things aren't easy, so just keep at it; you'll get it .
Edit: Also about kirby being left handed, do not mistake this for when he's standing or anything else(for some reason he's right handed for everything but his first sword swing...weird right?).

The sword swing is coming along pretty nicely, although I'd like to see a few more attacks and compare them to each other to think of what should be changed if anything. Good work

Thanks, MMMM!
And update, made the swing less wide and unrealistic.

Better? Or no?

The physics for that pulsating sword are off. It looks too blobbish, and not cutty enough when it... uh... cuts.

Whatcha mean? The pulse isn't an actual blade, you know. It's like a dark 'air' emanating from the actual blade.
But, yeah, what do you mean by "cutty"? lol

It looks like a blob, make it look like energy, and when it cuts, make it have a cutting effect rather than a blob shape.

So you wanted me to join in and show them how it's done, eh? Well, I'm pretty sure that they aren't perfect, but I certainly made a decent attempt at putting my money where my mouth is.
God is good.
