How do I rip .arsc image files? There's a game called Pocket Ants and I want to try to rip the sprites.

Here's something that talks about arsc files: https://fileinfo.com/extension/arsc

There's a program shown there that can work for Windows, Mac, and Linux.

Is there a program that can open it on mobile? The only thing i need is a program that can open the files and save them. Thanks.
