Dragon Quest Monsters Battle Road Victory

All right this is driving me nuts, I've gotten to the base 'ARC' files from this game using NTcompress, but no ARC-related tool seems to work on unpacking them. At one point long ago I managed to extract models from this game and shortly after my hard drive failed and I lost them. Ever since then I've been unable to figure out how to get the contents out. The contents are typical wii formats, brmdl or brres and that sort. These archives contain the monster models and textures, and I've been trying for a few weeks to get them extracted again. Here are said files, I've included both the compressed versions and the versions that have been run through NTcompress.

All right, sorry to double-post, but I've run through pretty much every unpacking program for the typical '.arc' archives for most other games and still have found nothing, I even tried those intended for Gamecube games just to be sure. I really need some help here.

EDIT: Turns out the archives I linked have nothing to do with the monster models. Instead, they're contained in these weird archives...
