PS1 ripping problem

howdy
im trying to get textures and such from tomba 2 but instead of getting the textures as png files like in the other games ive ripped stuff from, tomba 2 gives me sounds, video and a BIN folder with BIN files.  are the textures there? if they are how would i get them?

the issue is complex and involves a custom compression, but for what it's worth, every model and texture in tomba 1 and 2 have been ripped already.
